These Terms and Conditions govern your conduct associated with your shopping experience, comments, and reviews on Kimonology®. To the extent of any conflict between Kimonology Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall control with respect to the CRR Service.

By using this Website and proceeding with purchases, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and use it at your sole risk. Please ensure that you agree with our policies before purchasing from our online store. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website.

Payments

Payments can be made using any of the following methods:

• Credit Card (using PayPal Express payment gateway)
• PayPal (through PayPal account)

All prices are in U.S. dollars. You still can pay in the currency of your own country, and PayPal will recalculate and send us U.S. dollars.

Return Policy

Kimonology is confident you will be happy with your order. But we understand if you would like to return something.

Easy merchandise return and refund process:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and request a Return Request Number (RRN).
2. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, email address, Kimonology RRN, and a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request.
3. Please send the unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and originally packaged items that you want to return within 5 business days of receiving the RRN.

After we receive your items, and if they satisfy the return conditions, we send you a receipt confirmation email and will issue your refund within 7 business days.

We may not accept your return and send you back your package if:

• You do not have the RRN
• Returned items are worn, washed, altered, or lack original packaging

If you are returning a part of the order, you will receive a partial refund worth the combined value of returned items.

Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of Sale Items: for all items with reduced price, all sales are final. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

Although all Kimonology merchandise is inspected for defects and damage, should anything be shipped and not in the desired condition, or if the product does have a defect, please:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of the arrival of your order.
2. In your message, include photos (JPG, JPEG, under 1,000Mb) of damaged goods.
3. If the damage is Kimonology’s fault, we will issue the Return Request Number (RRN).
4. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, email address, and Kimonology RRN.
5. Even damaged items have to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
6. Send items within 5 business days of receiving the RRN.

Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient’s behalf will not be accepted for a refund. Unfortunately, we may not accept items damaged during shipping to you.

If you wish to purchase from the Kimonology online store, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You must provide information about yourself that is true, accurate and in no way false or misleading. If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access the Website, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies, or protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

For any comment or review content that you submit, you grant Kimonology a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium, or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All comment or review content that you submit may be used at Kimonology’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense, or delete any comment or review on the Kimonology website that Kimonology deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions. We don’t guarantee that you will have any recourse through Kimonology to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Written comments and reviews are generally posted within two to four business days. However, we reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Kimonology, are responsible for the contents of your submission. Comments and Reviews Guidelines

When writing your comment and/or review, please consider the following guidelines:

• Focus on the product and your individual experience using it.
• Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product.
• All submitted comments and/or reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms and Conditions and held for moderation.

Kimonology reserves the right not to post your comment and/or review or allow your participation in a giveaway lottery if your posted content contains any of the following types of content or violates other guidelines:

• Advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other products, offers, or websites.

Giveaway Rules

While participating in a giveaway, please consider the following rules:

• The system will randomly select one entry, unless otherwise noted.
• After the winner is selected, their name will be posted on the giveaway page, and the winner themselves will be notified by the email they provided to request their mailing address.
• If you submit a few comments under different names but with the same email, the system will not consider duplicate entries but will still allow you to take part with your single entry.

Items in this store were created in an environment with cat presence. If you have a cat (or any cat-related) allergies and still purchase items from this store, you agree to indemnify and hold Kimonology, owner Natasha Chernavska, other Kimonology representatives, and/or associated agents harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of using Kimonology products. If you have a cat (or any cat-related), purchase items from this store, experience allergies, wash items, and still want to return them, in the case of washing being noticed, we will not accept the return.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
