Is it safe to use my credit card on Kimonology® website?
Yes, all information related to your order, and including the online payment by credit card, are protected. For your convenience we use PayPal – the system that is well protected and highly reliable. As a matter of fact, we don’t have access to your credit card information in any form, we only store your order history. All prices are in U.S. dollars. You still can pay in the currency of your own country, and PayPal will recalculate and send us U.S. dollars.

What are the delays and shipping fees?
Kimonology will process your order immediately, we will ship order within 7 business days.
Shipping fees vary depending on the total order price and current online promotion. But you always receive FREE First Class shipping on all regular U.S. orders over $150.00 and FREE international shipping on orders over $200.
What is your return and refund policy?
Kimonology is confident you will be happy with your order. But we understand if you would like to return something.
Easy merchandise return and refund process:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and request a Return Request Number (RRN)
- In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, email address, Kimonology RRN, and a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request.
- Please send the unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and originally packaged items that you want to return within 5 business days of receiving the RRN.

After we receive your items, and if they satisfy the return conditions, we send you a receipt confirmation email and will issue your refund within 7 business days.
We may not accept your return and send you back your package if:
- You do not have the RRN
- Returned items are worn, washed, altered, or lack original packaging
If you are returning a part of the order, you will receive a partial refund worth the combined value of returned items.
Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of Sale Items: for all items with reduced price all sales are final. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
Although all Kimonology merchandise is inspected for defects and damage, should anything be shipped and not in desired condition, or if product does have a defect, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the arrival of your order
- In your message, include photos (JPG, JPEG, under 1,000Mb) of damaged goods
- If the damage is Kimonology’s fault, we will issue the Return Request Number (RRN)
- In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, email address, and Kimonology RRN.
- Even damaged items have to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Send items within 5 business days of receiving the RRN.

Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient’s behalf will not be accepted for refund. Unfortunately, we may not accept items damaged during shipping to you.
After entering my payment information on Paypal, I am redirected back to the store and get an error saying “Looks like you skipped a step! Please go back and try again”. But I know I didn’t miss a step!
It looks like for some reason the order amount you are trying to process through PayPal is less than the minimum order amount that is allowed by your credit card. Try to increase the total of your order. If this error persists, please, contact us.
